11/10 experience with United Auto Sales! As a first time buyer I was particularly nervous about finding the right fit for me. I’m so happy I went with this dealership! I’ve been driving my car for over a month and it’s the perfect commuter…Not only are their cars reliable and in great shape, they were extremely patient, friendly, and helpful with me through the whole process. On top of that, their mechanic services are top notch! I just stopped by for an oil change and was in and out in under 40minutes with no appointment. They really take care of their people.

If you’re tired of pushy dealerships, this is the place to go. Luis, the owner, is one of the most honest and straightforward people I’ve ever met in the car business. He never pressures you into buying — instead, he wants your choice to be completely your own. His integrity and genuine care for customers are unmatched. I bought my first vehicle here in April 2024, and it was flawless — reliable, clean, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, I hit a deer and my insurance totaled it, which sent me back into the stressful world of car shopping. After visiting more than 15 other dealerships filled with lies, pressure, and shady tactics, I returned to Luis. The difference was night and day — he turned my overwhelming search into an easy, comfortable experience. Luis goes above and beyond: he provides Carfax reports for every vehicle, is willing to adjust prices fairly, and even added a warranty to a car that didn’t originally include one. In fact, almost every vehicle here comes with a 3‑month / 3,000‑mile warranty plus 3 months of SiriusXM included in the purchase price — something you won’t find at most other dealerships. The cars themselves are in excellent condition, with clean titles, great Carfax history, and meticulous inspections to ensure everything is spotless and in perfect working order. I haven’t finalized my next purchase yet, but I know it will be with United Auto Sales. If you want honesty, integrity, and peace of mind when buying a car, this is the only place I’d recommend. Drove all the way down here to pick up a 2016 chevy sonic from west jordan, and I test drove the car and it was great during the test drive. I paid cash for it and returned home and noticed a massive oil leak under the car (see pic). they said bring it back and we will "look at it". I decided not to cause I rather have a real mechanic look at it and fix it. Come to find out the dealer "mechanic" did a crap job at the repair along with the intake manifold he replaced before listing car for sale. Car only had 67500 miles and its a piece of junk. Shortly after I fixed the oil pan leak and the intake manifold the AC starts to blow hot. Yeah just recharge it that will fix it.... no it means the system has a leak duh. So again I fixed it the right way because they don't know how to fix anything the right way. And now 2 months after I bought it my money light came on.... I think they buy junk cars and put a band aid on them to sale. "these cars DO suck" so don't be fooled by their logo! And still till this day I am still waiting for the title to show up... I buy lots of cars and NEVER had it take this long. I would NOT come to this place. If you do take it to a real mechanic fist before buying a p.o.s.
