Roman at Auto Mart in Provo Utah is bar none the best. Bought 3 cars in a two year period and not only have they been the best cars I’ve owned, but buying from Auto Mart is simple with zero pressure. No pressure, no surprises, just great cars and good business!

We loved working with the people here. We looked at a car, felt good about it but wanted to sleep on the decision. We felt no pressure to make a purchase on the spot. When we came back the next day, they had the car ready for us to go, were very welcoming and honest about the car we bought.

Such a great experience. Met Roman owner. He was so nice. Gordan helped us pick our vehicle and sell it to us. Gordan was absolutely amazing. They made everything easy. They weren't pushy at all. They had great customer service. Thank you.

Sold my GF a lemon with massive electrical issues and parasitic drain. Professionals determined the vehicle had been left in the rain with the hood open and needed the entire main wire harness replaced. On top of this, the spare tire was flat and had a nail in it. They did give her a new tire when she pointed it out and now that she has a flat tire, I’ve discovered the one they gave her is a 7 lug rim and entirely wrong tire. If I were with her at the time, I’d have ensured they took the car back or be sued and reported. BEWARE!

I would highly recommend you purchase from anyone but Roman (I’ve grown to find him verbally unpleasant and he carry’s an essence of negative energy). My experience with them has been a daunting nightmare. When I first took their Audi Q5 for a test drive I took it into a mechanic and he said it had an oil leak. So I took it back to AM and they said, “they fixed it” whether that’s true or not I’ll leave up to your intuition. I spent every last penny I had on this vehicle and left for OR because I was moving out of town. Before I had left, I got an oil change (I have proof) and then headed out for OR and didn’t end up liking the vibe so I headed back to UT. Before I had left OR I got another oil change (I have proof) just to keep up with my maintenance on my newly purchased vehicle. Upon arriving back the battery to my car had went out. I then proceeded to get a new battery and the car hasn’t worked since. I have had nothing but issues with this vehicle. I contacted Roman in hopes he would consider helping in a way possible because what he had sold me went down the drain. I was met with resistance, attitude, and “he wants anyone to come and fight him that has an issue”. I find his choice of words unprofessional, the way he manages customers when they bring the vehicle up that has issues, and overall character unimpressive. I would take your money and interest to anyone but Auto Market, seriously RUN!
