Dave was very friendly and helpful in the process of buying a car. I haven’t driven the car yet, but I’m hopeful that the car runs well. I will give an update if the car doesn’t. Great service, and a great system. The company focuses on cars with hail damage, but have no mechanical issues— solely cosmetic damage. Most cars at the dealership have clean titles, (80%). The car I bought has 31,000 miles and is a 2023 Hyundai sonata. Original price $29,000, I bought for $14,000. Great deal as long as you don’t mind the hail damage around the car.

I 100% recommend SR Prime Auto. In the past I have been anxious when it’s been time to purchase a new car due to dealership salespeople being extremely pushy. However, I had a wonderful experience with Dave. He was extremely knowledgeable and trusting through out the entirely of this process. It was seamless and easy. The first time I stopped by I was interested in another car that unfortunately sold but Dave allowed me to look around for any additional vehicles that I may be interested in. They even replaced the battery with a new one and kept the car for an additional day after the purchase to make sure everything was in good condition and working order. I 100% recommend purchasing a car from Sr Prime and have even brought them up to my mom who is currently looking for a new car.

SR Prime came highly recommended to us and we were happy with the process! We worked with Dave, who was patient in explaining every aspect of test driving, financing, and buying a car. We did end up financing the car elsewhere, but the process of actually buying the car was quick and painless with Dave. We also got an amazing deal on a basically brand new car! The owner does not really haggle, but the deal was great, so we felt happy with what we got! I would just remind anyone buying from here to check the CarFax for any cars you’re interested in since it may have been in accidents or considered a total loss, and even take a car to be inspected before buying!
