5 Stars Stormy is an absolute rockstar! He specializes in finding older vehicles that are in truly excellent condition, like the 2007 Toyota Matrix with low miles that I just bought. Stormy went completely above and beyond to make sure the car was perfect before I drove it off the lot—he put brand new brakes on it, checked the transmission, and made sure every single fluid and oil change was completely fresh. ​Because of some severe medical things I am currently dealing with physically, he even stepped up and installed a backup camera for me to make sure I could drive safely and comfortably. He doesn't just sell cars; he treats you with genuine respect, zero games, and absolute integrity. So far we’ve had a good experience with our used car from Medallion! Clean title, no rust, and overall decent shape. It needed a good cleaning which we took care of. The buying experience was good and didn’t have any of the typical fluff of dealerships with salesmen breathing down your neck trying to sell you a car. We showed up, test drove it right off the bat, looked at it inside and out, and that was that. Negotiation wasn’t really part of the discussion which was fine since I knew we were getting a good deal. Overall a good experience if you can’t stand the typical dealership experience. Friendly salesman and the owner was flexible with our needs.

I was gullible, I took them for their word when they told me that the car would run no worries. Within the week we had issues with getting it started. We have been sold a lemon, no warranties. It was my fault for not having it checked out first, but I will not return to Medallion Motors ever. Sales guys that are great at saying what they need to say to sell a car, but who are not truthful or honest. I took a chance and got burned pretty darn good.

I haven’t had a good experience with this dealership. I came in and looked at a 2007 Acura MDX. I was new to buying vehicles; and Definitley learned some valuable lessons. The Acura, right after purchase; required extensive maintenance, including a new timing belt, water pump, spark plugs and serpentine belt. Ontop of the over $2,500 worth of repairs, the Acura that was Kelly Blue Booked at around $3,000 was sold to me by Medalion for $8,800, and also needed new tires. Oh also, the auxiliary jack is broken, the trip gate (miles to empty) doesn’t read accurately, and the hydrolic bars to both the hood and trunk went out. So I basically bought this vehicle which were worth probably $2k at most for almost 10k. I also had to pay them extra to fix cosmetic damages in the outside of the vehicle. The steering wheel continues to rumble despite alignment checks, and there is a weird technological clicking sound coming from the dash board. Not saying every vehicle is like this, but if you’re reading this review, make sure to extensively check the vehicle and push for a long test drive, and look into every and all components of the vehicle. Not impressed at all.
