Rich's Cars 'N Credit

I had a great experience at Rich's. I was looking for a used Subaru, and they had a ton of options. I was able to drive a bunch of them and compare models directly, without being pressured or pestered. I ended up going back three separate times until I found just the right car, and never had an uncomfortable experience. I was cautious about a rebuilt title, but the salesman (Joe, highly recommend) was able to show me photos of the original damage so I knew it wasn't structural or water-related, and the three month warranty gives me immense peace of mind.

This is my second time buying a car from Rich’s Cars ‘N Credit, and once again they exceeded my expectations! I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to get approved for the car I wanted, but Jake walked me through the entire process step by step and made everything so easy to understand. He was patient, honest, and truly went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle I wanted. I drove off the lot today in my new car, and I couldn’t be happier! We had a great experience with Rich’s. It was hands down the best car shopping experience we have had, and the entire process was smooth and simple. It was non-salesy and very honest, and we would definitley buy from this dealership again. Jake was a great sales guy and was super helpful and friendly. We bought a car with a rebuilt title and they answered all my questions, being transparent about the collision and the repairs made to it.
