Reyna's Auto Sales

Kind and easy to work with! We test drove two different vehicles and they were in great condition. They were very helpful and made the process clear and simple!

I just bought a honda accord and a yukon hybrid cash from Larry. Great condition and he was honest and thorough on details we may need on both vehicles. I would honestly buy here again and recommend friends! The process was quick and painless!

Reyna’s Auto is amazing and very friendly! Larry helped me out getting a great deal and the car I wanted. Would go back to buy a well taken care of car anytime.

Updating my review for clarity, as your story and narrative keeps changing My issue was never that my offer was declined. I understand negotiation is part of buying a used vehicle, and dealers are free to accept or reject any offer. My concern was the professionalism and communication during the interaction. I asked for the out-the-door pricing, reviewed the added fees, and made an offer based on the numbers provided to me. Instead of any real negotiation or discussion, I was essentially told the price was already “optimized.” For reference: - Vehicle listed at $4,999 - Quoted out-the-door price: $5,926.80 - Offered a 90 dollar discount. - The most I asked for was a 6.9% discount, not 20. I’ll let others decide for themselves whether attempting to discuss dealer fees and pricing should be considered “disrespectful.” I’m also clarifying that my review reflects my personal experience with the interaction and communication during the process.

This dealership resets check engine lights to sell their cars. Make sure to take a car you're considering to a shop to check if the emissions monitors are ready and that it will pass emissions before buying. Get the Carfax too and if they don't, walk away. I understand a family owned business just wants profit but this is not a reputable way to do it and there's clearly a history of it. They also make replys on Google reviews in a rude manner like it's social media so thats already a red flag. Just wait and see how they reply to this post.
