Affordable Car Sales

Initially meeting with them it was a decent experience. Pleasant people. Bought the car and was waiting on plates. My temp was going to expire so I called them to see what was happening and I got an excuse but they extended out the temp. Sure enough time went by with no word and got to the end of the next permit with no word on the plates. I had called them multiple times without any answer. Went to the dealership to see what they could do and all the cars were gone and no one was there. This persisted for a week before I took things into my own hands and just went to the DMV and got the plates myself. Now 5 months later, the solenoid on the car goes out. Avoid this dealership. Biggest scam I've ever seen. Learn from my mistakes.

Got a car back February 2023. 2011 Kia optima. 2 days in the cars transmission went out. The owner initially seemed willing to help with all costs to fix the problem considering I didn’t ruin a transmission in 2 days. He told me that he had a personal mechanic that was going to work on the vehicle and he ended up taking it off my hands. It took him three months to put a faulty transmission back in my car, and all it did was downshift hard, and clearly wasn’t fixed properly. He then told me to take it to Kia and that he was willing to pay for them to fix it. Kia ends up getting my car and I was told it was going to have to sit for another two more months. At this point I had a car that I was making payments on and wasn’t able to drive the first Five months. He offered to make one car payment during that time frame. And had the nerve to be upset every time I questioned why and what was taking so long to get my car back to me. Especially when you have the car for three months and all you can do is give me a faulty transmission, in return. I ended up meeting a kid who had A very similar experience with the guy. Sure once a car sale is final anything that happens to the car I should be liable for, but nobody deserves to buy a car from this guy and have to put thousands of dollars into fixing it no less than a week into having it. Final verdict I wouldn’t go to this place for a car unless you want problems. Which is really a damn shame because Christina, the lady who initially sold me on the car was awesome and excellent to work with but the cars themselves are not trustworthy. Here I am in December 2023 not even a full year of having this vehicle And the transmission that he put in my car as a replacement is not working either.
