Just paid off my 2nd car from joe 🙌 had a 2011 Cadillac dts and a 2015 Chrysler 200 looking forward to my next purchase with them.
I’d like to say thank you to all the workers at Rubens auto sales, especially Jaz which is who took care of us. We got a fantastic car for a great deal with no hassle at all. When I read the negative reviews, I like to think I’m the type of person to read someone’s energy for myself and I’m definitely glad I did that and followed my instincts. Couldn’t be more Appreciative and grateful.🫶🏾
Reading all these bad reviews and they’re nothing like my experience! I’ve purchased 2 good vehicles here. Very nice employees and great customer service. My Vehicles are still running very well. One of them is 22 years old and has been a great purchase! Just keep up w. your maintenance, and remember these are USEDD cars. Don’t expect something perfect, expect to have to add something like new tires, oil change, minimum things. Check and test drive your vehicle well enough BEFORE purchasing. I also know people who have purchased here and have 0 problems. Also these are NOT lemon cars, they’re USED. lemon cars are BRAND NEW cars with less than 30k miles that end up having a defect. Do your research!!
My husband got a car here & although it seemed like a good deal in the beginning, we had to fork out money on this car that we didn't want to spend. Problems after problems after problems. After a recall issue being fixed, it was fine but now the transfer case has a problem. Never ending! The staff was friendly & helpful but come on! My husband just wanted a nice car for once, especially when he had been suffering with an old car for years prior.
9/15 Came in with a $1000 for a down payment. Was told by Carlos he only takes $1800 down. Shirt half buttoned up and eyes lower than then my down payment. SMH … replay 9/16 to anyone reading this go to Benson's Auto Group on 410 10min away. Walked out with a 2022 $900 down!! Professionals 100% !! Maybe I should change this to a 5 star so it gets more views!
