Everyone at Monarca Motors was an absolute blessing through the whole experience and made us feel like family. I was skeptical at first because I saw a couple of bad reviews but special thanks to Nancy who was very honest with us about what happened in those situations and assured us they were honest people and made us feel safe with them. I love the truck I purchased and I'm so glad we decided to give them an opportunity to show that they truly are honest people. I'll be going back when we're ready to purchase another vehicle for my wife and also for my children. What a blessing!

MY SON GOT A VEHICLE AT HERE. I HAVE TO SAY THEY HAVE BEEN MORE THAN PATIENT WITH US. THEY ARE HELPFUL, ALWAYS ANSWER MY QUESTIONS, AND TRUSTWORTHY. I ALWAYS CALL TO MAKE PAYMENTS OVER THE PHONE AND NANCY IS AMAZING AT ASSISTING WITH ALL THE ABOVE. THE OWNER IS VERY NICE AND UNDERSTANDING AS WELL. DEFINITELY RETURNING IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

Last time I’ll buy a vehicle here, everything they told me what was wrong with the vehicle was not true ended up being more expensive work that needed to be done. Plus Nancy goes thru the paper work and says things that aren’t true. My fault too for not ready it thoroughly. She said airbags were good and on the paper work I signed it says airbags are in unknown condition. These people are liars. And the mechanic is not even licensed so he doesn’t know what’s actually wrong with vehicles
