I just want to start by saying thank you to the staff here at Express own auto The salesman Ruben he’s been checking in w me daily for the past month. It’s been four years that I’ve hadn’t had my own vehicle due to incarceration/& making change in life . I just wanted to get back on my feet maintain a good employment before I was able to purchase a vehicle so I know that I would be able to provide stability to make my payments on time. Ruben was very patient very kind very positive about the whole situation and me waiting to save money to put down on the vehicle that he knew that I deserved. I told him I didn’t have the down payment. I’m working on it and he called me every week just to check on me and he told me patience is the key yesterday was the day that I got blessed with a beautiful vehicle to call my own no hesitation. The whole process didn’t take long at all, and I was able to make it to work on time. I had been to two different dealerships all morning and none of them were worth my money thank you for my beautiful blessing of this vehicle Ruben if you guys need a car, this is the place to go. Just got a cold air intake and new headlights put in on my F-250. The team did it very diligently and provided great communication to set the expectations. I will be going back for all my vehicle needs.

Went to check out a couple of vehicles and they didn’t have much to show but the couple of options they had were great. Everyone was very nice and seemed to be cooperative with whatever we needed. We spoke to Ruben and Leroy including the owner. Leroy told us from the beginning that the owner would be able to help us out with whatever we needed. Whether it was the price of the car, the monthly payment, or even the down payment. We explained our situation to Leroy and he continued to talk a big game insuring we would be able to work something out guaranteed because he said “the owner is here and he will 100% be able to work something out with you guys, your monthly payment might be higher but he’s really just trying to get these cars sold.” Honestly I don’t blame Leroy, it seems like a management issue. After getting our hopes up and sitting us down so we can go through the proper steps they inform us that we have to wait to hear back from the bank and they weren’t sure when they would call back. Ruben at this point had something different to say and that we would have to see our options if we didn’t get approved. It has now been almost 24 hours since we left and still have no answer. I’ve called about 4 times and texted with no response except for one text stating they were still waiting but this was only a couple hours after we left. The whole thing seems very unprofessional and unorganized. I definitely don’t feel like anyone communicated clearly on anything and now I have an inquiry on my credit with no answer from anyone and my social security number sitting on someone’s desk or even worse in the trash.
