I have been buying vehicles from deans used cares for 26 years now they are like family to me and my family they are the friendliest people and most honest people you could ever buy a car from I wouldn't buy from any other place I have bought 14 cars and have plenty more to buy from deans so I would highly recommend buying from deans you will not be disappointed

I went here to inquire about a vehicle I saw while passing by and saw they said they did in house financing. The vehicle was 8.9k down she said she wouldn't accept a 4k down payment because being we are self employed and deposit checks and cash into our account. She refused to even look at our bank statements. I told her why if other banks approve us and we just wanted to keep our options open. I told her we are leaving half down. Still refused our money. We ended up getting a loan from a credit union a couple hours later. Just felt she was rude and passive.

Does not report paid off vehicles to credit bureaus. Horrible customer service. No Way Are the recent reviews real or correct these people are mean and malicious. FAKE REVIEWS!!!!! Come on someone bought 14 cars from these CROOKS? Give me a break!!!!! You say you report to transunion. No record of such is on my credit report. Lies all lies

My Husband and I purchased A vehicle from dean's we were promised that upon final payment that deans would report a paid off vehicle on our credit. After we paid off the vehicle EARLY no report was made. We went back and made a agreement to make payments on another. My husband lost his job in the oilfield. We went 2 payments behind and when my husband became employed again we tried to make it right and get back on track with our payments. My husband offered cash to the girls that now run Deans and the girls said no they want the vehicle. The police were called. My husband was parked at dairy queen next to the lot. The girls had a porter park behind him and began name calling and threats. my husband asked if he was being detained to the kirby police. They said no and he drove home. my husband made a offer to pay off the vehicle in cash and was denied. The Girls said it wasnt over. So end the end we parked the truck in a place near them to be picked up by deans used cars. now this is 3 years later and these Girls keep reporting a new repo on our credit report. STAY AWAY FROM DEANS USED CARS. Dishonest and Down right Ugly People!!!!
