I just want to say thank to everyone in the office, they always take care of me and the vehicle when needed, very appreciated

4 stars by virtue of yes it’s a BHPH, lets be honest it’s not ideal but for what it is its not too bad . The terms are what they are but there are good people working there who will hear you out within reason. At end of the day , I needed wheels , and I have wheels.

I got my vehicle with them in December. I was told by the sales representative it was in great conditions and all maintenance had been done on vehicle. A day after getting the vehicle check engine light came on. I took the car back I was told repairs had been done the day after light came back on. I have been dealing with the same issue since I got the vehicle! back in march they had taken the vehicle I got my car back a week and a half later money and personal belongings were taken from my vehicle! I reported it and NOTHING has been done. They had done more “repairs” the same day I got my car back all of the lights came on, I went in today as per their manager I could just take my car and repairs could be done and considering what happen last time I no longer trust my vehicle staying in their care I arrive at their office and get told I need to leave the vehicle and that I need an appointment. None of that was mentioned to me when I called! I definitely will NOT be going back to them.

They charge you for something that's included in the bs warranty, "fix it" & then the same problem pops back up the same exact day you get it "fixed"! Another problem pops up not even two weeks later and they want to take your car until God knows when without giving the option for trades in or something else until you can finally get your car back. The women in this office have terrible attitudes, they have poor service and deny everything that you were told when initially buying the car. They refuse to take accountability for anything! They also speak poorly about their customers and said they will not give this customer his car back until he removed a bad review that was made about their poor service and company! Most definitely reported them to the BBB! I will never shop here again or refer anyone here. A total waste of money given to a total scam company. If I were you, I would avoid Dale's & Barlett Motors by any means!

customer service is horrible took almost 2k from me then want 1550 as a down payment to fix a car i have had for a month. do not buy from here. they aren’t even willing to help you whatsoever. all they do is blame the customer. but can’t tell me when the last time it was actually driven. worst place ever
