Jodee was awesome, she really took care of me with exceptional customer service skills and rapport building . She alsomade the process smooth,easy and got us in the perfect vehicle very fast. My wife even had an bad tire and she recommended a very ,very,very affordable fix for that as well. I can't say enough good things about her!

Long Review ALERT ‼️ I had a car with byrider for 3 years. Going into the 3rd year just like anyone else life hit hard and I was not able to keep up. One thing I can say is the account holder I had was very patient and happy to help I went a long time without having my car repossessed because of that person. However when my car was repossessed it was hard but I was very accepting, as soon as my car was towed I called this location. I don’t recall who I spoke to but they weren’t so nice and forgiving but for someone who understood I know they didn’t have to be. She told me the amount I owed and I offered to pay half of that & trust and believe it was months worth of payments. When I made my offer it was just straight no and there was nothing I can do about it unless I pay the whole amount, i was not able to do I said ok and let it go. Ever since then I have been receiving emails from CNAC about how they can help and what I can do to get back on track. I finally stopped ignoring the emails and called CNAC for the first time in 3/4 months since my car got towed. The woman on the phone was named Dora Guerra, the first moments of the conversation I could tell that she was only interested in collecting the debt…rightfully so. As soon as I became vulnerable she began to speak to who I believe was her manager, she was relaying our conversations back and forth. I could hear the manager giving her the answers to my questions and concerns. I simply asked that if I continue to make payments will I be able to get my vehicle, she relayed that question to her manager and the answer was yes. We set a date of when I can make the payment and be able to retrieve my old vehicle, the day came and Dora called. I was payment ready but something told me to wait and ask more questions. Dora told me there was program CNAC had started to help people with their payment options most likely giving people like me payment plans. She stated all she needed were my paystubs and she needed to update my information in their system. I sent her the information and she called me back, once I asked the question if the car would be ready today and if they would type me up a new contract she suddenly said that she needed to check with service to see if they had the keys. Once she contacted me back she stated service were out to lunch and would call me back in an hour. I didn’t get a call back I got an email from Dora stating that the car had already been sold and her main purpose was to collect the debt. Don’t get me wrong I never expected anything from CNAC just because of my situation and again I am a very understanding person. However what I don’t agree with is how they will wait for someone to be vulnerable and try to take all that they can. Hey it’s a business and I don’t expect anything less when it comes to corporations however there’s no need to lie & cheat to get what you want. The world and people like me are already going through enough, I just had a vehicle recently break down so I was very desperate to spend what I had to get another. Who wouldn’t turn down a second chance? I loved that car and I am ashamed I couldn’t do more to keep it but what’s worse is it being used as bait for CNAC satisfaction. Whoever sees this and can understand where I’m coming from I don’t want answers im just hoping that CNAC as a company who promotes helping people and being there for customers is not displaying false hope and narrative to promote their business. Car was stolen all damages where done by people who stoled the vehicle , when a claim was done through the service I was charge 500.00 when warranty says 50.00. I was told car was completed. When I notice some damage was fix and everything else wasn’t addressed I contacted account manager. Account manager and front desk personal and attitude and very rude. Front desk resceptionist told me to get out the establishment. Here are the pictures of the vehicle, I was charge for a service that wasn’t provided. Yall stoled my money and fail to comply with contract, legal action will be coming unless yall take responsibility and fix what was done.
