So I decided to make time out of my busy schedule to stop by with my wife and daughter to see about possibly driving away with a new car solely based on the Five-Star reviews. Unfortunately, it was THE WORST experience I've ever had at any dealership! Upon arrival there was no indication of where customers were allowed to park! It felt like regardless of where you parked you were practically BLOCKING any and all vehicles within the narrow driveway. After we finally found a spot we walked out and started looking at a couple of Toyota Camrys parked in front of office and after some time NOBODY came out to greet us, make us feel welcome, or to see if we had any questions about a vehicle. So my family and I decided to go inside the office to inquire about a vehicle. After walking in I noticed there were 2 women sitting behind their desks, one with curly hair on the left side and an older lady sitting next to her on the right both with faces like they were shocked that my family and I walked in and yet still failed to GREET US!!! They just asked "que necessita?" or "what do you need?". That's when I asked about the Camry and if there's anything we can work out as we only have $1000 to put down. She shuffled some paperwork while looking down and said "No, the minimum down payment required is $2000, we don't have anything in stock for less than that". It was very obvious that they had NO INTEREST in making any kind of sale today as neither one offered to look up our credit or even try to work something out with the $1000 we had! Ultimately, we managed to get a great deal from their competitors down the street. Definitely do not recommend this place!!! Stay Away!!! They don't care about their customers!!!
