Today was my first time coming to P & A auto and everyone was very nice and so patient!!! Orlando even with the extra mile to get me another set of tires which made my dad and myself very happy! The lady at the front desk was very kind and patient as well. Also the mechanic and owner. Such a loving family!! Makes you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend P & A Auto Sales!!!! I'm very happy with my Jeep!!! They even set my notes according to my pay dates and very reasonable. They deserve 5 stars!!

After having a hard time with dealerships, I got tired of stressing myself out. I went to this place because my co-worker recommended and I am satisfied. Orlando was very nice when I met him and the young lady in the office had a great attitude. We chatted as if we had known each other for a long time. The place seems like a "family type" business. I ended up choosing a vehicle I wanted I put $700 down and I was out of there. The process is fast and easy. I will be returning to make my next purchase as well from here. If you're looking for just a reliable car I would definitely check this place out.

The young lady was very nice prompt and had great customer service. I arrived with plans of purchasing one of two vehicles I took interest in from their website. But they only had one of the two. She gave me keys to test drive it but it wouldn't crank. She was prompt in getting the technician who took the portable jumper to jump start the car and it did start after that, technician came in said it was good to go and they explained she'd been on vacation for couple days so the vehicles were not started during those couple of days. I said nevermind about that vehicle and inquired about a different she explained that one wasn't for sale needs hub caps I inquired about another she said that one wasn't for sale needs a transmission. I inquired about another she walked outside with me so I could test drive. This time she attempted to crank it herself. It would not start. She promptly got one other technician who'd recently arrived to work he was very prompt in getting the portable jumper to start it it did start but I'm unsure why he proceeded to get jumper cables to connect to his blue truck to start it. Maybe it wasn't giving enough juice or something, She said this one's not starting so we can't sell it. There was one other newer vehicle that looked nice but they wanted more down payment than I was willing to pay. I did finally test drive a car which actually drove good but of course I was fed up and overwhelmed from the others not starting and because only about half of the vehicles on the lot were for sale and as I mentioned some wouldn't start. I thanked her, told her the car drove nice but too small for my family. Apparently, I was in serious need to purchase à vehicle but just couldn't do it after all this.
