Dealership believing that I was purchasing a reliable and safe vehicle. I trusted the dealership to be honest about the condition of the car and expected the vehicle to be in reasonable working condition at the time of purchase. After purchasing the vehicle, I discovered several problems that were either not disclosed to me or were not apparent at the time of the sale. I contacted Sam’s Auto Dealership regarding these issues and asked them to address the problems. However, the dealership has refused to properly fix the issues with the vehicle. I am very disappointed because I relied on the dealership’s representation that the vehicle was reliable when I decided to purchase it. I believe the dealership should take responsibility for addressing the problems and providing a reasonable solution. I am requesting that Sam’s Auto Dealership work with me to resolve these issues, including repairing the vehicle at no additional cost to me or providing another appropriate resolution. Would not recommend this dealership .

I purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler from them on November 1st, with a down payment of $3,500. Less than two weeks later, on November 12th, the vehicle started overheating. Despite replacing the thermostat twice, the radiator, the starter, and the alternator, the issues persisted. Three different mechanics confirmed that the insurance wouldn’t cover these problems, clearly indicating that this was a pre-existing issue before I even bought the car. It’s clear that Dealership knew about these problems and chose to sell the vehicle anyway. Their lack of transparency and support is unacceptable. I was left with significant out-of-pocket expenses and no real assistance from them. I strongly advise anyone considering buying from this dealership to proceed with extreme caution. Please GO SOME PLACE ELSE! Don’t let them fool you!
