I just bought a car from the last week i originally when up there because the mechanic had a vehicle of his own he was selling and it turned out to be a lemon he told us the price of his 2010 Dodge Journey was 2750 but two other people came and he told them 3500 fir a vehicle that was not in great condition and needed to be taken back to the original dealership because 7 codes popped up referring to the computer system malfunctioning when my husband scanned it that he had cleared so no one could see. Then a sales lady that works there come to me and i ask her bout how much their dealership cars are she go to tell me the price and i tell her my range and she shows me a vehicle that looked great on the outside nice on the inside so we test drive we get back I’m asking questions like do your mechanic know this about the vehicle she saying he said it’s nothing wrong with the vehicle just needs sensors i said okay cool believing them even knowing the mechanic is a scam but im like he wouldn’t actually do the same about his job cars… he did. I got home mind you i stay far away from this place more then in hour. I’m hearing suspension problems, the tire light on, the check engine light on and i pull out my garbage the next day there’s oil on the ground. I call they said they new about the tire sensors and the check engine light on for the battery sensor and that they would get it fixed. I drive all the way up there for their mechanic today he can’t do the tire sensors cause don’t have the right equipment and that he can’t do the battery sensor cause he don’t have the part. Mind you I’ll i called them 3 days ahead which gave them time to order them and receive them. Now with my oil the “BOSS” keep saying there’s no oil leak when i sending pictures to your employee telling you it is they lied and said it was no oil leaks when it clearly is and the boss dodging speaking to me cause she know she wrong but when i report them instead of them just fixing my vehicle it’ll be a problem they wished they fixed. Moral of the story DONT go to this place they sell LEMONS be lucky to go a day without having problems with your car. Battery sensor was fixed by my husband so didn’t take pictures of that.

Overall I tried to have a positive outlook on my experience but here goes. I was on my way to the lot, the car I was interested was sold on my way there.. lo and behold my eye fell on a 2016 Chevy Cruz LT. placed money down to hold her after test driving etc. keep in mind this was a Thursday. I was told the car would be ready Saturday morning, while on my way there I was told the car was taken to get detailed, let’s just say that wasn’t the case. The owners felt bad for their lack of communication and took $150 Title and registration.Me being a person used to getting from dealerships I didn’t think anything of that. Upon paying for the car, at the end they ask for MORE MONEY for the Title and registration which is not included in the price. Legally they are STEALING. A couple weeks later the check engine light comes on. I was told it was the turbo charger, which cost $1200 to fix. I was told they unplugged the battery to get the car to pass emissions. Be weary when dealing with them and I will not be returning.

We were super excited to purchase a used car. We drove the car from garland to ft worth. We left the car overnight and the next day there was an oil leak. I called the automobile dealer.They went as fart to say there was no leak before and so are you saying I somehow did something to purposely to cause that leak? I spent 5200 and they wouldn't even offer for their mechanics for look at the car to determine how long the car was leaking. They basically say I'm the one who caused the oil leak. Customer service is not helpful and the dealer just took $100 off the ttl as if they felt guilty for their failure to disclose the true condition of the vehicle. It was the worst purchase in My life. Don't recommend dealing with these people at all.

Great prices, staff was nice, but you should definitely take the vehicle to a mechanic 1st. They removed the check engine light from the vehicle I purchased to hide a faulty cat and O2 sensor, I also ended up needing $3500 in suspension repairs for a problem they said they fixed before I took the vehicle. I don’t think it was the sales department fault, but I do believe they need better mechanics working there because this is a problem they should have caught easily and fixed.Buyer beware.

Bought a car in cash FOUR MONTHS AGO and I STILL DON’T HAVE MY PLATES, STICKER, OR TITLE. I NEVER EVEN GOT PAPER PLATES. I got pulled over by a state trooper and they told me the plates the car had didn’t even belong to the car or match the description. I almost went to jail over this bc they cops thought I’d stolen the car. Can’t wait to report Theo and this establishment to the DMV. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING HERE, BELIEVE ALL THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS.
