Man, these people got me a car. I test drove it and then they got me my contract and I got my keys and I’m driving off all within 45 minutes to an hour. No cap no joke. This place is awesome. All you need is a ID drivers license or passport, proof of residence proof of income and your down payment that’s it go to this place to get a car while they still have cars!!!!!

My husband and I have been doing business here for over 10 years and we bought 8 vehiclels here. NEVER have I had any harassment or problems until recently this month, getting 7 calls in one day. I know they dont have to follow fair debt law since they are in-house financing but they still have to abide by prohibited actios such as harassment. I spoke with someone told them when I would pay even though my payment was only 4 days past due, tell me why the next day they call 3 times again!! I spoke with Minerva and she made notes to my account and tell me why again, I received a call today!!! This Is ridiculous. I will only deal with Minerva she is GREAT! They need to fire the supervisor Nadia and have Minerva in charge of collection and show them how its done. Minerva builds rapport with clients and knows how to speak with someone and that is why everyone will talk to her only. I'm honestly reconsidering about doing more business here. I dont think I will recommend any family or friends here anymore if this is the new way clients are going to be treated.
