First time buyer and this was a horrific experience afterwards . Would not recommend this lot to anyone. Couple things to note , I finance a vehicle from them and was told a the car fax is clean now this may be true but this car I received definitely was in a wreck and put back together poorly. A lot of things were just replaced poorly , not aligned and you’ll see in pictures. Another thing I purchase insurance through them was told my insurance was $125 monthly just to find out the insurance agent they recommend to use is not a real insurance agent and my insurance was really $400+. The people here just want a sell and that’s it. I was told from Shae that I would get my physical key made due to it missing and the trims on the door panels to be replaced because it was hanging off the car. Well I kept communicating with the Shae and wasted 3x driving up there and still to this day nothing that she promised was done. It went from the mechanic not being there to “we will find an appointment with the mechanic “ then to Shae telling me she can’t do much cause it’s up to her higher ups. Mind you I asked Shae to put what she said she would cover on paper she said trust me I got you and in the end she promise something her mangers didn’t approve of. Shae told me to go up there when she wasn’t at the dealership as her people who work there would take care of me and when I did the latina lady literally refuse to do anything and said there’s no proof and I would have to wait for Shae. Asking her what certain things mean when I was signing the paperwork and the latina lady literally didn’t even want to explain nothing just was trying to get me through paperwork fast. In the end this is the worst experience a first time buyer could go through . No up front honest and when it comes to communication your not gonna receive it from them. All they care about is getting a car sold and what happens after they could care less.

I purchased a Mustang from this dealership and within weeks I discovered a serious front-end clunking issue when braking and driving. The car was sold “as is,” but a safety-related suspension or steering problem should have been identified before the sale. On top of that, one of the tires was in extremely poor condition and worn down to the cords on the inside edge. The tire was unsafe and should never have been on a vehicle being sold to a customer. I had to replace it immediately after purchase. I’m very disappointed because I trusted the dealership to sell a vehicle that was at least safe to drive. Between the suspension/clunking issue and the dangerously worn tire, I feel these problems should have been disclosed before the sale. I would recommend that future buyers get an independent inspection before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

**** PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING TO THIS PLACE *** Didn’t even get a chance to try to purchase a car they sent me a dcam in the mail I when I go over to pick up my prize no where on the thing does it say match a code I go over all to get a two dollar bill this is false advertisement I had three people lined up to send over I don’t think so I get yall trying to get people in the door but this not the way then you think somebody gon come back and do business with yall. So I highly recommend you skip this place . LIARS
