I bought my first car in 2022 after having my car totaled and not having a car payment for 3 years. It was the last thing I wanted. I was able to get my 2017 nissan altima at reasonable payments. Greenville Barrett Motors made it worth for this damsel. Fast forward⏭️.. I needed to have my car serviced(which they always do a great job) so I decided I would look into just getting another note but this time an SUV. Rowlett Barret Motors gave me options that fit my vision. Then I drove away in the SUV while they fixed needed repairs on my car. Now I have both my babies back home. Thank you Barrett Motors for your exceptional mechanical service, for selling reasonable and reliable cars and for listening to your customers. You Rock‼️

If I could give 10 stars I would do it!!!! My initial feeling was uneasy. I had already been turned down by 2 dealerships that made the claim that I would be approved with ZERO down payment and well that didnt happen at all. By late afternoon one of my clients brought me to Barrett Motors. Again, I was uneasy from just walking inside,. I really didnt want or need additional credit inquires on my credit report. I was about to throw in the towel.. we walked inside and my Sales Rep was just upbeat and positive. I cant find enough GREAT things to say about him. But he focused on the task at hand and half an to 45 minutes I was approved and the next day after setting up my insurance policy I took possession of my truck. Bob and Melvin both actually made me feel very comfortable and just got down to business but they did it with professionalism and most importantly, they did it with empathy. Finding what you want is one thing but finding what you really need is another deal entirely. Straight forward and honest with no smoke and mirrors. Wasnt pressured to be upsold another unit. Just the whole transaction, for the lack of better words, was perfect. no pressure and just left me relaxed Bob? Melvin? Thank you both! M~

I’m a little annoyed with going to Barrett Motors today Greenville 08/01 to purchase a 3rd vehicle for my daughter. Never have I ever left a dealership without having a car and what I’m feeling some type of way about it is because “whomever” this lady was that was making the decision today on weather if we can have the vehicle or not didn’t even provide a reason of why she kept saying “NO” even when I had told Giselle I would put more money still the answer was “No!” I’ll be quiet for now waiting until Monday to see how this will end!
