Very bad customer service my parents have been customers for a very long time. They’re so greedy and treated my mom horribly yelling at her and giving misleading information about payments. No one should be treated this way regardless of their income or financial situation mostly if they’re giving their hard earning money to your business. I don’t recommend this place at all. AUTO CONCEPT DO BETTER😡 !!!
