I had been looking for a vehicle for next month make two years. Everywhere I went said they needed a lot and I mean a lot more down or based off my previous issues I had I couldn't get approved. But between Mr Byron and Mr Brent they were able to make something happen for me and got me back on the road. I thank them a thousands times for all that they did during my visit and look forward to working with them in the future and sending my friends and family to them to look into getting vehicles as well. Once again I thank Mr Byron and Mr Brent so much for there customer service and their assistance with helping me get in vehicle without breaking my pockets to deep.

I had a really good experience at Lone Star Motors. The team was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciated how transparent they were throughout the whole process. At no point did I feel pressured or like they were trying to rip me off, which is rare and really goes a long way. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for an honest and straightforward car buying experience.

I recently bought a car from this dealership and I’m very satisfied. The staff were professional and helpful from start to finish. They explained everything clearly and ensured there were no hidden issues. The car condition matched exactly what was promised. Delivery was on time. Overall a very good and trustworthy experience.

They will help you get a car no matter the circumstance but it ends up being messed up cars that they mislead you into getting and say they will fix after your first payment. But since they are an as is dealership they aren't required I only had this car for 2 weeks and it's already saying engine shut off oil pressure. They sold me a bad car knowing the faults

This establishment is honestly a scam and i would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! the first car i got the motor went out of course it was "my fault" then i chose to get into another car and surprise surprise within less than 6 months of having it the motor went out i worked with them on getting the maintenance done and then they gave me the car back and the car was still doing the exact same thing as when i brought it to get fixed and of course they found a way to make it my fault again but then they kept it for months trying to fix it to where the manager said they couldn't find out what was wrong with it so within waiting months on months not hearing from them i went to a dealership and bought another car. months later they called me offering me to put money down on now the 3rd car from them which there was no way i was doing in between car payments down payments maintenance etc i had already wasted over 10000$ with nothing to show for it!!! Now on my credit report it shows up like i've done something wrong like wth????? SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! working with them i was without a car longer than i was with one. it's crazy now that im thinking back on it when i was asking advice from the car salesman on whether i should wait for the engine to be fixed or just get into another one he actually told me if i got the engine fixed on the 1st one it would have a warranty but if the engine went out on the second one which he said hardly ever happens 😂😂 i would have to pay for that again guess he's not clueless on what kind of cars he's selling !
