My experience with Car Dawgs has been extremely disappointing. Just 3 months after buying my truck, it won't run and appears to have a serious transmission problem. I put $12,000 down, and instead of standing behind the vehicle they sold me, they have refused to make it right. Because of how this has been handled, I will be filing complaints with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles and the Texas Attorney General. Buyers should be very cautious and always have an independent mechanic inspect any vehicle before purchasing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying from this dealership. I hope sharing my experience helps someone else avoid going through what I have. The man was also extremely rude who I had to deal with and avoided my calls I had to *67 to get him to answer. Please I beg you don't buy from these crooks!!! I'm reporting them I've tried everything to get them to make this right and they refuse want me to pay more money. I tried at the beginning to get my husband to let me buy a truck from some place else because I just had a bad gut feeling about them they are shady as heck. I'm extremely mad over this they refuse to make this right. Please if your reading this go somewhere else for a vehicle they have totally screwed us over and left us without our truck now and out of over 12 grand . Buy from someone else.
