I really liked my sales representative, his name is Ceasar Ortega. I called up and spoke with Ceasar, he helped me out from start to finished. He was very patient with, being so nice with me. I was able to test drive off the lot the vehicle, I decided on, then liked what I had already read about the vehicle, since he sent me all of the information, prior to me arriving to this location. He totally went above and beyond for me as an potential , customer. I just wanted to say. So much about my first time experience with Auto City and with my sales representative, whom was Caesar Ortega. Thank you to Him and Cuddos to him, and most of all to Auto City in Dallas. I had a great experience Tony Ruiz is amazing prior to me purchasing a car Tony kept in touch until my day of purchase he made sure I got the car I wanted,very patient excellent customer service sale associate he is so awesome… I highly recommend contacting Tony he don’t blow no smoke up your butt whatever he tell you it’s true and the great thing about it. You actually. get approved over the phone and it’s no preapproval. It’s the real deal so when you go in there, all you have to do is pick your car. Have you down payment and you’re rolling…. The best!!!!! My car was completely down. I sent my information later that night when I got off. By 8:30 9 clock the next morning Ceasar already approved me without me having to go in. He gave me approval amount and down payment which was very affordable. He Answered my text n calls fast and he transferred the car I wanted to there location and he ubered me to come get the car. I was done in less than an hours when other dealer ships take hours!!! They are amazing I will be referring people. The best experience ever buying a car!!!! They get 100 stars!!!

Had a great experience from start to finish with Tony! He made sure to get me fully approved with terms before I even got to the dealership and was so kind, thorough and service oriented when I arrived. He had me in my car in less than an hour, although he graciously stayed late to accommodate my work schedule. I can’t stress enough how easy Tony made this process for me. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
