Joe was very helpful with the car buying process. Doug was very professional making sure the car looked great before pulling off the lot.
Came and got a car for a decent price. Their employees including MJ made many promises on fixing certain things on the car even though I was buying it as is. Mj made promises to fix these things including calling me back on when he could do them because he had to order parts to be able to fix them. He never did I am left with these damages that were promised to be replaced including class continuously falling into my trunk because they improperly fixed it when they got it because it had been hit from the back. I come back 3 months later looking for my title. They say it should have been shipped to me. As I pulled in something in their driveway popped both of my passenger side tires. And then one of them comes out saying they do have my title and just forgot to send it. I would not recommend them or any of their other businesses to anybody. They have multiple dealerships with different names under the same ownership such as here and B7 motors. Go anywhere else if you can. Because they'll say whatever it takes to get you to buy and then not remember to ship you or call you to tell you they have your title. And deal with MJ least of all because he will make empty promises.
