Came in knowing the vehicle I was after was a salvage title, so expectations were kind of low. However, the car I got runs great, drives straight, and my 16 year old doesn't have to worry too much about scratching it, lol. Alex was awesome, and super transparent about pricing. Make sure to do all your due diligence about the car purchase of course, but they were friendly and open about everything.

Sam is an amazing person. He helped us and answered every question we had. He was really polite and has great customer service techniques. Myself and my wife got a really good car and it has been a month now. The car runs smoothly so far. We would come back to purchase our next car. Thank you very much Sam.

they hit my credit score so many time in less 3 weeks ! i keep texting and calling. finally got someone tell me . they rude and won’t get back to you . the car over priced at first i had no idea it was rebuilt and 2 nd car same kind less miles and rebuilt. i also i heard the guy in phone he said my name made a remark. i would like a manager r who ever is charged get ahold of me. i went dodge dealer dealership and treat me so much better and they call me back and did not hit my credit like this company did and made my credit score drop big time. This is uncalled for ! I had the text the guy many times all day long and by the time I got an answer for two days no response! called the other guy that made a remark about me . finally got a answer. i guess no one was going tell me anything. my car finance company was closed by the time i got answer from them so now I was going to be late on my Car Payment thanks a lot not worth my time is a waste of time wasted effort worth of everything ! do not go here not worth your time because they’re all rebuilt and overcharged cause I got one that had less miles was not an accident and I saw the picture of the car that is ridiculous. I would’ve had problems down the line thank God I didn’t get the car. but not worth it and all cars are over price for the price I don’t understand why they have the exact same model but the other car 2022 not 2020 i was looking ! less miles for the same price but rebuilt couldn’t tell me why . so wrong for wasting my time . i could have look someone else . I will make sure before I go to anywhere else ever again, but I will just stick with Dodge dealerships because they’re not gonna do me wrong like this place has not happy at all.the guy at that place was late showings up when i went had call also very rude keep calling but when i was trying contact him no response. how does this make any sense. never again

Called on Friday evening to verify a car was available and made an appointment for 10:00 the next day to see it. Diego confirmed the appointment and assured me the car was available. We Drove 4 hours to get there and they were closed. Sign on the door said they were open but the doors locked and nobody there.

If you are desperate, this is your place. Otherwise, go somewhere reputable. The cars have been in bad wrecks and have just been patched back together. They change the price of the car once you get there and try to talk to you like you're stupid and don't know anything. I, luckily had the screenshot of the listing, plus it was still listed online for the price I saw! Anyway, so I asked if they could fix some things prior to finalizing the deal and was told 'yes, of course we can do that!' I drove all the way to the Dallas Motors location 3 different times for them to fix different issues (they also sent me to other shops in that area). Each trip out there was 1.5 hours one way and to date, NOTHING has been fixed. The salesman, Sam is absolutely no help. I call the Dallas Motors location where Alix, the GM is located and they either don't answer or ask to take a message for him, but he has not once called back. Simply put...this is not a professional auto dealer. They only want your money and once they get it, they dont give a damn about your car issues. Save yourself the headache.
