I just bought a car with the help of Manny today. He is so friendly and transparent with your transaction. It was my first experience buying a car, other companies seemed less friendly compared to this and I felt more relaxed. Usually my dad is a bit harsh when making deals but this experience was great. He came out with us rather than going back inside and leaving us to look at the car on our own like it was at other car lots. It did seem to make my dad more comfortable and I more included when Manny spoke with us. While showing us the car we were looking at Manny even shared his own experiences with his car, business, and life.
