Yes definitely five out of five this place was the best and the dealer guy ten out of ten the guy was very nice and was good working with my finances mom he even went as far as to do somthing he wasn’t supposed to just to satisfy her will definitely send people your way villa autos. 🔟 / 🔟 But these people that gave this auto sales a one star isn’t thinking straight if they go back they would leave 100% satisfied.

I was prepared to pay the car off in cash, however the rep and owner lacked communication. The car was promised to he ready by a certain, which led to another and another. Never once calling me. I was the one to call then got told "here, we don't call every day with updates" to which I said, "I haven"'t been called once. I was told it'd be ready Wednesday in the morning the latest. I called Wednesday after noon & then y'all say Saturday. I didn't call back until Saturday when I was told I'd get a call back. Never did. That's why I'm calling back today-Monday!". I was told I'd get a call back Monday afternoon, to which I did with promises of a call in Tuesday morning to let me know why the car is still on hold. That was over a week ago with still no call. I called that Wednesday with no answer. I bought a different car, from a different lot that same day. Communication is KRY. With my car breaking down unexpectedly, as a single mom, I relied on one ASAP. I was car-less over a week because I thought they were true to their word. Again, I was prepared to pay for it in full price. They are bad for buisiness.
