Great experience! Great people! I’ve read a few bad reviews from people with, in my opinion, unrealistic expectations. My experience couldn’t have been better. I traded a vehicle in and bought another. The process was painless and the fastest that I’ve ever experienced. This is the kind of family business that I love to support! Their prices are super competitive. I always dread dealing with pushy car salesmen. Not the case here! The father and son duo were welcoming but, in no way, pushy. I’ll be back.

My husband I purchased a truck from Top of Texas. We did have a few issues within the first 2 days. The wiring for the headlights were not wired properly and a few bulbs needed replaced. We also had to take the truck in for an oil change, as it had not been done prior to buying. We did go back and explain all of our issues and they did fix it by reimbursing the money we had spent to fix the issues. To us, that is good business etiquette and we appreciate that! Good customer service.

As the saying goes, don’t judge a car by its looks. They do have nice vehicles but make sure you have your vehicle checked out before you buy it. We recently purchased a vehicle from them and it is turning out to be a lemon!! It looks nice and clean, but looks are deceiving. We have had to replace the radiator, have a new transmission put in because come to find out the antifreeze was in the transmission. Now we are having issues with the heater core. I know you take a chance with buying used vehicle but seriously! It is not possible they knew nothing about the transmission and radiator? Very disappointed. There should be a 60 day lemon law because I would take it back in a heart beat!!

I have purchased 2 trucks from Top of Texas. Both trucks have promptly had wiring issues after purchase. With the first truck I assumed it was a fluke. However, my second truck showed very similar wiring issues very soon after purchase. Second truck is missing a tire change kit, which primarily sucks because now I need to search out a tool to drop the spare. With dents, scratches, and apparent wiring problems, T.o.T. was still staunchly unwilling to negotiate price. I was in the unfortunate position of needing a truck in a pinch, and they verily capitalized on that. I’ve learned my lesson here and I’ve learned a lot about purchasing vehicles from them. So I have them to thank for the lessons. However, I do regret purchasing here. *To the business owner, I’ll happily edit my review if you’ll respond well and provide a tire change kit for my truck…that should have been in the vehicle or I should have been made aware it was missing.

I would not do business here. Both the older and younger man in the two offices are very dishonest. -They tried to hide the fact that the check engine light was on in the truck I was interested by resetting it BEFORE we got there (it was in their shop as we drove in). Luckily, the light came on during the test drive and then they tried to deny any wrong doing. -They did not think the Kelly Blue Book or Edmunds was a good source for pricing vehicles. These are commonly accepted and are used frequently so they didn't want to negotiate further on the overpriced used car. -They also tried to lie about how long the car had been in the lot (they said 3 weeks when another worker said 2 months). -Then, the younger guy did a code reading for the check engine light. He said the problem was minor, but I would not believe them for a second because they were not trust worthy. For all I knew, they made up the code and the damage was actually major. I'll never know because I ran out of there quick. Don't do business here unless you want to be lied to and treated like you don't know anything about cars.
