I've been looking everywhere for a reliable vehicle for my daughter to drive back and forth to college. I called the car lot for information on a car we really like. He was so nice to me. Listened to me ramble on about what I'm looking for lol. Explained every detail, including monthly payments. Unfortunately I did not get the car. I don't have enough for the down payment at the moment, but I'm definitely hoping to do business here in the future. I decided to write a review because after calling and going to a few places looking around (I live an hour away), it was so nice to speak to a positive, caring and honest salesman.
The owner is very knowledgeable and takes time to help and answer any questions. He was determined to help us find a car and he did! It was a great experience!
Shawn is an amazing person. I bought a vehicle from him Saturday mind you I am a mail carrier and that's primarily what my vehicle is used for and my car messed up today on me and I called him and he told.me bring it in and I'll have it looked at and see what we can't figure out. Also I bought this car as is so he doesn't have to do this. Thanks Shawn. I will be referring others to you when they are looking for a vehicle you rock. Plus his prices are very reasonable.
I have known this family for over 60 years. I was just trying to contact the family with some information. Shawn is the son of the people I was trying to contact. He let me know that he has given me this information about 3 or 4 times. PLEASE for give me dear perfect people, but I do have Epilepsy and with each seizure we have a bit more of our memory....(expressly the new memori" get messed up and we don't get to keep them. Thank you dear friend for being understanding..... Would have been nice for you to have just gotten the message and passed it along, but oh well. Good thing I wasn't looking to buy a car. I think you might have treated me differently. WOW!!!
Submit an online application early this morning and still have not heard from anyone from this location. Customer service just gone down hill from Amarillo car dealerships. By the way if you haven't ran my application that I submitted at 6AM then be advised that you no longer have my consent because of your competent of work which in my eyes LAZINESS!
