Alan Kokorian made our purchasing experience the most pleasant and positive experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. He is knowledgeable in his trade, prompt to respond to questions, and has a “customer first” attitude. Reach out to him, deal with just him, and you will not be disappointed. Promise!

Made service appointment on-line about a week in advance. Drove up and was met right away. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous staff from entry all the way through to departure/check out. Took 2.5 hours for my 15,000+miles maintenance checklist to be performed as others were ahead of me. I did not use their shuttle service. During my wait there, they had coffee, water and snacks free/no cost as well as hand sanitizer. Clean lobby, waiting area, restrooms, cashier area. Sofas are uncomfortable after 30 mins and they know this but the chairs at the desktop computer are relaxing to sit in. Highly recommend Pete's Car Smart Kia in Amarillo Texas for your Kia Service needs! I left knowing my Telluride is in great/better shape thanks to their dutiful care and recommendations.

I was really disappointed with Pete’s Car Smart? They used to be really great cars at great prices, but they didn’t have very many vehicles in their lot? And the prices were much higher than I expected? Their lot was closed so we just looked through the fence at the different vehicles and tried to see a model year/price? Most were not marked, but the ones that were, were expensive in my opinion?

Terrible people! Scammers. I immediately started having issues with my vehicle and all they could say was it wasn't their problem. It was a matter of days that I had to put money into the vehicle I got from them. I'm a single mom, but if I had the money to take them to court I would! I've already put another $2500.00 into a vehicle that I haven't even had a year. Do not go through them, they are horrible people!

I spent a lot of money to them and on parts for my 2014 cruz I only had it a year. It spit and went crazy, check engine light came on o reillys test said 4 codes one was a #4 misfire, they sent a man with a trailer Jan 6, got a call Jan 17 said it's fine but how can it be fine it's eating coolant. Told me I could pick it up with a payment which I don't have and to put full coverage on it again. Had to trust a car when it's been trouble off and on for a year. Could at least refund some money or take it back for another
