Great service. Helped us the entire way when we were searching. Test drove half the lot before we found the one we loved. They were patient and fun to be around. Reasonable pricing and they worked with me from down payment all the way to setting the payment dates. Definitely going back for another one in the future.
My fiancé bought a car from here last April, and they have been awesome. They are quick to fix any issues we have come across, and for very cheap as well, sometimes with no charge at all. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for nice salesmen, an incredibly easy approval process, and a great on sight mechanic to take care of all your needs.
Good communication ! Fast workers ! Every car was amazing and everything was nice . I got my jeep from them and has been working fine no problems.
Do NOT buy a car from MOTOAI. They screwed me over for the past year and I’m over it. I bought my first car from them in 2023, and it was great other than warped rotors because they never replaced them. I made my payments, it had problems but it was old and ran fine. When it blew up on Easter last year, we were without a vehicle for 2 months. We spent over 2k on ubers back and forth to work. We finally saved enough for a down payment and went back to MOTOAI. They put us in a jeep and sent us on our way. For the next 2 months, the car had NUMEROUS issues. I took it back to them 3 times to have thermostat replaced, the radiator, the whole coolant system, and more. The 4th time I took it back because it was knocking. They told me it couldn’t be fixed and I had to surrender it if I didn’t want to keep making payments. I told them I needed a vehicle and I only have it for 2 months… They offered to give me a check for the down payment, or give me credit for the DP plus the 2 payments I had made and get another car from them. We couldn’t afford to uber around all day and find another car, so we asked what they had. They told us the ONLY option they had was the Mitsubishi I now have. It had 113k miles, numerous cosmetic issues like holes in the roof and floor, key marks all down the side, etc. plus it was a HIGHER monthly payment. We were basically left with no choice but to take it. So we did. After 2 months, the brakes suddenly started grinding horribly. Nick took the wheels off to replace the brake pads, and the rotors were about 1/4 inch thick. I called immediately and asked them to replace them. They were hesitant and told me I must have caused it. I said there is no way in hell that I wore them down that much in 2 months and they needed to replace them. They agreed when I threatened to file a complaint. Then in March, I got a call from a company out of Florida saying that they bought my car note and I now make my payments to them. I was stunned. I called MOTOAI and they said the deal was done and there’s nothing I can do. So now I make my payments online to a company I’ve never even heard of. Then today, I get a message on fb from someone saying they bought the jeep at auction and need me to sign the title over to them. I don’t think so. I signed everything they wanted me to sign, gave them the car a year ago, and I’m not doing anything else. Turns out they didn’t file the correct paperwork, and told this guy to reach out to me directly. That’s not how it works. They should fix their own mistakes. I have now filed a complaint with the DMV, the BBB, and filed a transfer notice. What really did me in was when the jeep had problems they told me “you get what you pay for” I think that is just bad business practice. I don’t have the credit for a car loan, but I’ve made my $500 payments on time every time. Just because someone is buying a used vehicle does NOT mean they don’t deserve a reliable vehicle. MOTOAI cuts corners, lacks transparency, and does NOT care about putting you in a safe, reliable vehicle. Do NOT buy your car from them.
Right off the bat I went to look at a vehicle on their lot, no one greeted us, no one waved us down or anything. It’s only when I came back with my family after an hour or so later that the mechanic and detailer started to even take notice of us before the salesman. Car salesmen felt it was of greater importance to grab his gun and put it in his belt than it was to meet us outside in his own lot. When we asked if they assess damages/look at CARFAX on cars they bring in, they said no they do not. Word for word this salesman said they “don’t look at damages and don’t care if it’s been in an accident.” They literally only and solely care about if title is clean and that is it! Meaning! A car can be SEVERELY wrecked and still have a clean title. Already wasn’t a good first impression for someone trying to buy a good reliable car from someone but sure, whatever. Secondly, when we asked what the finance in-house would look like, including down payment and this salesman said interest rate would be 26%.. Yes you read that right. Twenty-Six percent interest rate with a down payment! So by this point I just wanted to get off the lot. I mean this salesman just sounded like we were wasting HIS time instead of ours. Even refused to negotiate pricing on a vehicle even though this vehicle had clearly seen better days and was still refusing to even consider it. Then to top all of this off, he had the nerve to tell us that they’re mostly for people who don’t have credit or bad credit even though they claim to not look at credit and on top of that he was just so comfortable saying that he practically preys on desperate people that severely need a vehicle. I’m not sure what tactic (if there was one at all) he was trying to pull but if you buy from this group. PROCEED WITH CAUTION or DO NOT INTERACT!
