My husband and I called and the man who answered was beyond disrespectful, hateful, degrading, judgemental and really should never be allowed to work in the sales industry at all he told us the only thing we could get for our money was a good night but we still cars, then asked my husband where he worked and told him that's a good job ..if you can keep it. As well as a few other things said to us we're very discouraging and made us feel like we were not even human beings or even worth talking to I'm soo beyond mad, upset and completely beside myself at how we were treated!!

Went to look at a 2010 ford focus I was wanting to pay cash price for. He had it priced at $7000 which honestly for this year, and my experience with them I would buy over and over and over again. BUT it had 176,000 on it and the inside was awful. You could tell it wasn’t taken care of. I was on the phone with my husband because he makes the decisions (I hate car shopping) and the owner had the audacity to tell me “how bout you get off the phone with whoever that is and let have a conversation.” And not kind either. Now I get it. I don’t like when someone is on the phone when I’m trying to sell them either UNLESS their spouse does handle the car buying process and that person doesn’t know all the answers to the questions asked. I made it very clearly probably 20 times I was on my lunch break and I just wanted to look at it.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Daryl is the WORST salesman I have ever tried to do business with. Very rude and very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go spend a little more anywhere else besides Hawkins you’ll be glad you did.

Claimed that the yukon we purchased was in tip top shape. The items claimed to be fixed were not done properly. Had to have Barney's who is my mechanic replace the radiator, hoses, plugs, wires, clear the codes Hawkins failed to do, as well as had to have rear defroster reattached after someone hid it behind the panel. For a so called Christian, keeps your hands on your wallets folks!
