Amazing place — highly recommend! This was hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership, whether large or small. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. I actually traveled from outside of Memphis to purchase a vehicle from them. The display screen in the car was broken, and they immediately ordered a replacement for me. They even offered to install it when it arrived. Since I live so far away, I asked if they could ship it to me instead. Based on past experiences with other dealerships, I honestly didn’t expect them to follow through. But they absolutely did. Not only did they send the replacement screen, they shared the tracking number, shipped it via Priority Mail, and even included extra screws and hardware. That level of follow-through and customer care is rare these days, and it really meant a lot. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience
