The only reason why I’m giving two stars is because of what happened today with the lady behind the desk, making the payments. Before I start, I just wanna say the guy that did the sale process with me and my husband for the 2020 Toyota Camry a few months ago, Was top-tier awesome! He made the buying process easy quick! And stress-free! I have no complaints about him! I give him five stars! And the fact that we had to bring our two children, And they kept asking are we almost done, And I know they got annoying, But this man who sold me the car didn’t react at all! He even allowed my son to play with a little toys on his desk! Any salesman that allows a child to come into a business that has severe ADHD and JustPlay without any issues, Makes that Mom feel welcomed! And that’s exactly what the salesman did! So five stars to him! Now onto this morning when my husband called to make a payment! The lady behind the desk proceeds to answer the phone and tells my husband my payment would be $360.50, Which is what it is supposed to be every two weeks! But she fails to understand that I’m on Our bank account watching this payment come out, Because I’ve had car lots, screw me over before! Tell me why this lady tries to take out $650.50! And wasn’t even going to tell my husband! I proceeded to call my husband as he’s on the phone with this lady and he’s three ways me in, So I know she can hear me! And I bluntly ask why the hell is $650 trying to come out of my Account. My husband proceeds to tell me what the lady just told me it was gonna be 360.50! I told him OK well, that’s Not what just tried to come out and I sent him a screenshot! This lady proceeds to say oh that was a mistake! No honey, it’s not a mistake because you have to manually put in additional payment if needed! That’s $290 more than what my payment was and more than what you told my husband!!! When she realized that I was on the phone, she then made my payment the correct amount and took it out, Then proceeded to hang up quickly!! OK, so now you just made yourself look like you were trying to take money from me!! Now I don’t trust you at all!!! This lady doesn’t understand That the account that I use to Pay for my car payment I only transfer exactly what’s needed every two weeks for my car payment! Nothing more nothing less! Because of people like this in the world! So even if she did try to take out 290 more dollars Than what she was gonna tell my husband, she wouldn’t have got it at all! Because jokes on her, I only keep exactly what’s needed to make that car payment in that account! 😂 Lady, you need to understand something there’s already a crap ton of crappy people in this world they try to steal from others, Don’t be a part of it!!! You tried the wrong one! I am the type of person that does show up! Next time, Don’t try to be slick! Because I am watching my bank when I make those payments! I use that only bank card for those payments for this reason! Lady behind the counter, One of these days you’re gonna try to scam the wrong person. You Stealing from customers is not worth your freedom! All I have to say is if you’re broke, just say that! Maybe talk to your boss about getting a raise. But maybe this is the reason why you don’t get a raise. Next time don’t try to take more than what you are supposed to! 😂 and just so this lady behind the counter, can’t say that that’s not what she did. Here’s the picture below to prove it. Absolutely a scam!!!! They sold us a faulty vehicle with missing parts and open safety recalls without disclosure and then claimed since it was sold “as is” the legal binding of having to disclose recalls didn’t matter to them. They sold us a vehicle without a drive shaft and said it wasn’t their problem! We had to confront them in person (we live three hours away) to get most of our money back! They still charged us for having the vehicle for 3 days while it wasn’t drivable
