We LOVE Auto Mart!! We truly believe God led us to this great place and we were drawn in at first by their focus statement which you can read on their site! You are truly NOT a number there! Scott drew us in with his kindness and sincere desire to hear us and help meet our needs-even suggesting another quality vehicle that hadn’t even made it to the lot yet! He helped us with everything we needed, giving us a great deal. The car is beautiful and we are so blessed! We will refer them to everyone we hear who has a car need. Great experience with Jordan got me into the F150 I wanted for the down payment I offered and low monthly payments and offered to fix the rough idle. It’s higher mileage but it is pretty sound mechanically and I have the knowledge to fix most issues. The real benefit here over others is they report on time payments so if you’re cash heavy with little credit history like me you use it to increase your score so you can buy new down the line. Great experience!! Edit: Three weeks in and having what I’m pretty sure is torque converter issues in the transmission. Dropped it off this morning and they sent it to an outside shop for diagnosis. Haven’t heard anything regarding it yet, hopefully they will put me in a loaner if they can’t get an answer tomorrow. I have work to get to. I had to go to the shop that they dropped it off at to get the rest of my keys and stuff I need for work. I didn’t see anybody working, but I saw a bunch of cars just sitting around. Diagnosis takes a few hours at most. The Queue at this lot looked long. They delivered as everyone does during the sale, the true test comes now, let’s see if they deliver on the customer service now. I’ll update once I know something.

I came back to Auto Mart 10 years later, and was treated like an old friend. The salesman Scott is always friendly, helpful, honest and kind. If you need a vehicle automart is the place to go its easy and no pressure at all. They have Cars ranging from Teslas' to Titan trucks, stop by you want be disappointed.
