I had the best experience buying a car at Echopark Automotive than i’ve ever had at any dealership. The salesman was Blayne and he didn’t use any pressure tactics or multiple salesman approach to get us to buy like i’ve seen at many dealerships. He did show us a sales contract that had fees for additional maintenance if needed but we said we didn’t want any extended warranty so he removed it and we asked for a lower price and we got it lowered another $900 buy financing with Echopark. Don’t be afraid to ask for a lower price because this company is interested in moving vehicles out and not making maximum profit on each sale.

Haley was absolutely amazing! 🤩 She assisted me with grace and kindness! She was most certainly down to earth. She was quite professional but relatable. I appreciated her expertise and the way she walked me through everything. She even trusted me to leave and get my credit card upon making her aware I’d return at a certain time although she said she got off at a certain time. She remained at the dealership and was present upon my return! I’m soooo appreciative for a saleswoman like her! I don’t think anyone else could’ve assisted me in the way in which she did! Kudos to her and after my traumatic car loss she was able to assist me in getting in an awesome, newer vehicle less than my older one! For that l’ll forever be thankful 😌 ☺️
