This was, without question, the best car-buying experience I have ever had, whether online or in person. Ronnie made the entire process simple, efficient, and genuinely stress-free. He kept me informed throughout the process and made sure I knew exactly what to expect before I arrived. My 2023 Camaro ZL1 was held for more than two weeks until I could fly to Nashville, and the dealership even arranged to pick me up from the airport. After only a couple of brief phone calls to gather my information, Ronnie had everything prepared and ready for my arrival. When I arrived at the dealership, all of the paperwork was complete and ready to sign, making the transaction quick and seamless. The price and terms matched what had been discussed ahead of time, with no unexpected issues when I arrived. The car was exactly as represented in the online photos, which was especially reassuring after traveling from out of state. The pictures and description were accurate, and there were no surprises; the vehicle needed no adjustments, it had been washed and cleaned, and the tank was full. I was able to drive it off the lot in about 30 minutes. I would recommend Ronnie and the dealership to anyone considering an out-of-state vehicle purchase.

Dealing with Ronnie at Dixie Motors was the smoothest transition I’ve ever experienced buying a vehicle. He treats you like family from day one. He answered an email on a Sunday morning with a personal phone call on his way to church, walked me through every form and insurance detail, and even sent me a video of my car being loaded onto the hauler. To top it all off, he bought my old car from me and handled all the paperwork and hauler coordination himself. Absolute 5-star service and true Southern Tennessee hospitality!

Dixie Motors made our car buying process the easiest experience ever! We knew exactly the car we were looking for and found it online thru Dixie Motors - we instantly recognized the great value, mileage, and quality of this car. We're 3 hours away and out of state, so we were nervous that there would be a lot of red tape/time in the purchasing process. We were so wrong! Randy patiently talked through every step, multiple times, over the phone and we even expressed how we didn't have a ton of time when we arrived so we could get back on the road... We arrived at Dixie Motors at 11am and were driving away with our beautiful new car by 11:30am. Everyone was so kind! Quite easily the best car buying experience we'll ever have. Great service here! We called ahead about the car we wanted - and it was pulled out and ready for us when we arrived.
