I bought my car from Auto Master's back in July. My credit was non-existent and I had $ 1000. Art and the rest of the team worked with me, put me in a good, reliable vehicle. GO SEE THEM!

I don’t know how anybody could give this place a bad review. I mean I guess we all have different experiences but my experience was amazing. I just bought my brand new-ish Chevy Malibu from them 2 days ago and I love it so much but there’s still room for error. As far as customer service goes; 10/10 for sure. I had multiple people helping me and each of them were very patient and understanding and willing to work with me. They made sure I left in something that fits my needs in every way. They’re also really good about sticking to their word with payments and everything which I was initially nervous about. I know a lot about cars so I knew exactly what to check for on the car and it was tip-top! I am very satisfied with how everything turned out and I will definitely be sending people their way!

This is my new car I just purchased with auto masters , they talked with us and helped us a lot. I love my car 🚗 thanks for taking the time to help us out. Much needed. I would recommend especially if u have some credit issues.

Make this place your last destination when buying a car. I thought they were being helpful bc my credit wasn't the best but since ive gotten my car, it has not gone a MONTH without an issue. This includes: the ac not turning off when I turn off the car to the point I have to disconnect the battery so it wont die, constant other electrical issues, was told the brakes were new, they weren't, had to replace those. Now the timing chain is going out and ive only had this vehicle for six months. And its a Toyota, I shouldn't be having these constant issues that have been thing since a few weeks after getting the car. Ive called and asked for assistance and of course have not received either. Do not buy from this place. Or if you are going to, heavily inspect it before you drive off the lot or sign anything.

*#test drove multiple bad vehicles they still sold that day shouldve been red flag for me Well lets start i thought i had an good vehicle from these guys great experience i should say intill its after your in the car left with problems sense first day of purchase now engine is blown and was noted several times to james before it happened now i am the blame james is so unprofessional he blows up on me on 3 way with his loaners which is ascent bank they do not answer the phone decline every call if its your number”,” have to threaten them with attorney to even receive an call then bein told im a liar and im a liar to my mom which doest even have nothing to do with me and my car. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OLD CAR WITH HIGH INTEREST RATING IT IS NOT HELPFUL LIKE THEY SAY 17,555 for an chrylser 200 lx 2012 for 124,000 miles ticking james was informed and now im left with big bill as he try in his words # “ being helpful by giving quotes for engines”. ****SCAMMMMM**** JUST WANT YOUR MONEY TRUST ME!!!!!!!!.
