He took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect car within my budget. The entire process was smooth — from the test drive to purchasing. I especially appreciated the transparency and how Ramiro answered all my questions honestly. Highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for great service, honest people and a smooth process all around.

Y’all when I say these people are heaven sent!!! Jose was the kindest, most amazing person I’ve dealt with when it comes to buying a vehicle. He went above and beyond to make sure I left in a vehicle perfect for me and my growing family! I felt so bad coming in at last minute and all he could do was reassure me it didn’t bother him and he enjoys what he does. THESE PEOPLE CARE! I felt so welcomed. Now I’m enjoying my 2016 GMC and couldn’t ask for better. I will most definitely be coming back when it’s time to update my ride and will be referring as many people as I can (:

This location is fraudulent. My sister had her car stolen we were told to get a police report and see if the company has a tracker on the car we came to the location of BBB auto sale. We were told by BBB the company of the tracker system that they used we called that company and we were told that the vin has never been in their system. In addition to that we come to BBB auto sales in person, and we are told that they cannot find the tracker in the system, and they are unable to help us. I also asked if they use trackers for reposition . They said yes, I asked what company are they using to track it? she kept saying ’oh we used different companies to find that out’. NEVER told us what that company was. The conversation got nowhere! So we left TRASH Customer support
