Purchased a vehicle from this dealership and was assured there were no issues. Not only two days later the check engine light appeared. Took the car to the dealership to find out that the radiator needed to be replaced. Currently am losing so much money over a car that was “perfectly fine.” Edit: Found out there were mods issues than the radiator that need to be fixed with the car. Contacted the dealership and they were unhelpful and rude. They sell lemon cars please do NOT buy from them.

DISHONEST! We have called, texted and emailed about our concern and there has been zero communication. It's been complete silence. At the time of sale, the vehicle’s check engine light was off and no mechanical or emissions issues were disclosed. During the purchase process, we specifically discussed Georgia emissions requirements and explained that the vehicle would need to pass an emissions inspection, making it very important for us to know of any potential issues before completing the sale. We were assured there were none. However, on our drive home, roughly halfway through the trip, the check engine light came on and diagnostic testing has since revealed that the catalytic converter needs replaced. This raises serious concern that the check engine light may have been cleared prior to the sale to conceal a known emissions-related issue. If done intentionally, this constitutes a violation of Georgia’s consumer protection and emissions laws, as well as federal statutes prohibiting the sale of vehicles with undisclosed defects. This issue was not disclosed to us at the time of purchase, despite our clear conversation about emissions compliance. This has costs us thousands of dollars. Leaving us with the only option which is to pursue legal action and file a complaint with the Georgia Department of Law Consumer Protection Division, and/or any other applicable regulatory agencies.
