I recently purchased a 2020 Chevy Traverse and overall had a great experience with this dealership!! The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the entire process easy. One thing I really appreciated was that they delivered the vehicle to me 2 hours away for a very reasonable cost, which was a huge convenience. 🩷 The only downsides were that the vehicle wasn’t as clean as I expected when it arrived, and it was almost completely out of gas. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and I was very satisfied with the service I received. I would definitely do business with them again and would recommend them to others looking for a vehicle. Shop absolute auto!!

Every used car dealership should take notes. I found the car online, reached a trade agreement, and made a deposit after some text messages and a few phone conversations. I showed up to purchase really nervous as I have never agreed to make such a purchase not in person. What a relief! Accurate and perfect representation of the vehicle. Laid back, no pressure, professional staff. Quality preowned vehicles at fair prices. Absolutely would buy again!

From the moment we arrived, I was treated with nothing but hospitality and respect, and the team truly did everything they could to get me the best possible deal. This was my first car purchase, which I know might make some people think, “Well, maybe she just doesn’t know any better yet.” Fair assumption—but I came prepared. My dad came with me, and he’s very experienced when it comes to buying cars. It takes a lot to get him on board, and even he quickly agreed this was a solid, trustworthy dealership. They helped me find not just a good deal, but the right car for me, which made all the difference. Ryan was my sales guy, and he was fantastic. My husband and I genuinely enjoyed talking with him—he was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail. You could tell he actually cared about making this a positive and memorable experience, not just closing a sale. Overall, I couldn’t be happier. i had an amazing experience at this dealership today! at just 18 years old getting my first car felt stressful, but the team made the world easy was patient respectful until the time to explain everything without making me feel pressured. They helped me find a great car. it worked hard to make you happy. I’m beyond grateful for the excellent customer service and support support. Highly recommend this place to looking for a car especially first time buyers.

I would not recommend this dealership, especially to women shopping alone. I purchased a vehicle from them and immediately noticed several issues that should have been addressed before the sale. The tire pressure warning light was on, the blind spot information system warning was on, there was no jack included with the vehicle, and the spare tire in the trunk did not appear to match the vehicle properly. In addition, the car smelled strongly of dog, the oil had not been changed, and the vehicle was delivered with less than a full tank of gas. After bringing these concerns to the dealership's attention, I sent them the information and received no meaningful response or assistance. Customer service does not end when the paperwork is signed. A reputable dealership should ensure a vehicle is properly inspected, maintained, and equipped before selling it, and should be willing to address legitimate concerns afterward. I even had my credit union Overnight them a check, and they would not even acknowledge that they would hold the car until they got the check whoever heard of such a thing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business here.
