I’m not someone who usually takes the time to write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserved one. Even with some challenges on the insurance side, their team handled everything professionally and helped guide me through the process, which made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly cannot say enough good things about Rusty Wallace GMC Collision Center. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. After my accident, the front end of my truck was significantly damaged, and I was honestly worried it would never look the same again. From the moment I brought it in, their team was prompt, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made everything as stress-free as possible. When I picked up my truck, I was blown away. The quality of the repair is beyond exceptional—it looks brand new. You would never know it had been in an accident. The attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship are obvious in every part of the repair. What really sets them apart, though, is their customer service. Every interaction was friendly, transparent, and genuinely focused on making sure I was taken care of. That level of care is rare. I live about an hour away, but without hesitation, I would go out of my way to bring any future repairs back to them. They’ve absolutely earned my trust and my business moving forward. Highly, highly recommend.

Chris Hahaj made the car buying process easy and as pleasant as possible. He was very patient with us as we test drove 2 vehicles and actually left and went to to another dealership to look at another car. We ultimately ended up back at Rusty Wallace GMC Kia because of Chris. He was so easy to work with and did not pressure us at all, which is something I appreciate when shopping for a car. The entire staff, from Chris, to the finance dept were wonderful. They made sure to take the time to show us all the features on the car and make sure we knew how to use it.
