I scored my 14 Evo X through these guys. I got a really good deal and both salesman (Bryan and Ben) were super professional and honest guys to buy from. I won’t go to another dealer to buy a used vehicle. 10/10 highly recommend.

Paid roughly 7000$ on a car that’s listed at 7295$ cash and this company was still unwilling to work with me and left me and my child without after all the money I put into the vehicle. Financing charges were added into the contract when doing buy here pay here totaling around 12000$ I believe, plus interest was added daily on top of that which I did not realize when signing on the car. Ended up still owing 6000$ at the time the car went back, due to being almost 2 weeks behind on a payment after paying on it for almost a year. No phone call, just walked out and my vehicle was gone. Yes they worked with me a couple times in the past for a few days while my check was delayed (but I paid tons in late fees when they did and was threatened with a repossession both times) Thankfully my husband was able to leave work early, in time to get our son from school that day! The car also had some issues that were pretty major, such as a major oil leak, that’s leaking into the transmission fluids and stuff causing even more issues and the stop to start is messed up so sometimes that causes issues with the car wanting to accelerate properly. The issues were confirmed by the dealership when I had the car looked at, but when calling MMR for help with this issue I was told that I got the car with no warranty and they weren’t willing to help or even delay a car payment so that I could fix the 1500$ in mechanical issues that the vehicle had at the time of my purchase (and I’m in no way slandering them or making false claims, I have the proof of the estimate from Chrysler dodge jeep ram in Greenville to prove this claim and just want the next buyer to be aware of this) Also, if you call in about any type of payment arrangement, they will always tell you that the computer won’t allow them to change the payment due date or anything at all to be the least bit helpful. This place is 100% only about getting the most money they can out of their vehicles and will screw you over in a heartbeat, regardless of your situation in order to put their vehicles on the lot as many times as possible to make the most money they can out of people. I feel like it’s just another way of taking advantage of the rough time everyone is having in our economy right now. My family has dealt with plenty of buy here pay here lots and this one is by far the worst. Most companies we’ve dealt with are way more lenient and understanding. MMR would not even consider taking any less for the payoff before or after picking up the vehicle (most places are willing to negotiate) but they said their system wouldn’t allow them to change the payoff amount that’s already listed. Me and my husband used to joke about how they act like their computer system runs their company, like they can’t just put a note in their own system. They also wanted around a 200$ repo fee for picking the vehicle up 5 minutes down the road and the car payment for the time it sat on the lot up front as well. After getting the money to pick the vehicle back up, I decided it was in my best interest to just count my losses and go without, before they drained me of even more money and still ended up back with the vehicle anyway. If you get a vehicle from them, I’d probably have it looked at by a dealership and I would buy it straight out if so, because they are not very family friendly. This car is right back on the lot also, so, buyer beware 😳

Bad experience. They sale wrecked rebuilt cars for same price as cars with clean titles. A rebuilt vehicle never holds any sale value. There cars are pieced together wrecks yes they do have cheap down payments but end prices are High for the qaulity of vehicle you get. I suggest go to the used car lots in Knoxville on Clinton hwy same prices but with clean titles not wrecks
