Justin was great to work with. Checked out a couple different vehicles here. He was completely transparent, sharing any known issues up front. I was able to take the one we wanted to get inspected. There was no pressure and we ended up buying my daughters first car here. The transaction was easy and we were out the door. Would recommend.

I originally checked out the reviews on here before going to Metro Motors because I was a bit skeptical about going to a smaller car dealership, but the reviews did not lie! Joe was such a great help. He stayed in close communication with me throughout the entire process. I bought a Toyota Prius and about two hours after buying the car, the check engine light came on. After I got it scanned, the code said the hybrid battery needed to be checked. I contacted Joe immediately and he ensured that he would take care of the issue, no matter the cost. He took my car to a hybrid specialist and payed for the costs out of pocket - I did not have to spend a dime on repairs. He is very honest, very kind, and will take care of his customers. I highly recommend.

I bought a car from Joe a little over a year ago and this is a long time coming… I bought a 2016 BMW X1 with about 85k miles on it. I’m in the Army and was visiting family and was in a car wreck. I didn’t have a lot of time to find a car and needed to find something quick. I looked around online and that was one of two cars I was interested in seeing. When I got to Joe I told him I was interested in the car and if I liked it I would be buying the car. He never tried to upsell me into another car and was extremely patient with me answering all my questions and was honest and up front about all the cars on his lot. I was interested in an X6 on the lot but after looking at it and even though I liked the car he expressed I shouldn’t get it divining how much I’d be driving over the next year and the car still need some minor cosmetic work to be completed. Since purchasing the car in July of ‘24 I have put 45k miles on the car and it has had zero issues. The kicker to the whole story is that after we started the paperwork, and he a guaranteed sale (me about to sign the paperwork, he found out I was in the Army. He took the paperwork back and shredded it and then knocked off $500 because I’m in the Army. Who does that these days? Again he a guaranteed sale and knocked of $500, he knew I was out of state and he’ll the probability of me ever being back in that location is almost 0. My only regret is I didn’t make this review sooner. When it comes time to get another car or a starter car for one of my kids I will go out of my way to use Joe again.
