The staff Shawn and Kevin were very caring and courteous. They simply asked what I want, let me drive the Toyota Rav4 in no time after arrival. They farther inquired what is my financial expectations together with my trade-in car and presto they gave me an offer within my target. I negotiated the monthly paymemt down further and they managed to accomodate it. I was driving the car home in just over an hour. Kudos also to Tyler, he is very reasonable, sensible and customer satisfaction focused!
