I had one of the best experiences dealing with Car-Mart, they really went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and could drive off the lot with a vehicle!!! Kevin dang near became like my new best friend, and I appreciate him so much for that, looks like I am going to give “his” favorite a good home!!! Thank you so much.

From start to finish,was a great experience.The staff at America’s Car-mart are very friendly, and they went above and beyond for us.. highly recommend.

Enjoyed my experience with Mrs.Kiesha! She was a sweetheart and helped me get into the car I wanted. They were very patient from beginning to end. Everyone i encountered in the office was kind and very helpful!

I had an absolutely awesome experience purchasing my vehicle from Car-Mart. The entire process was simple and easy. They delivered on the price and payments as promised. The salesman, Chris, and his manager, Brady, made me feel like I was their Customer of the year. I would highly, highly recommend them if you are in the market for a high quality used car.

EDIT AFTER RESPONSE: While I understand companies often use standardized responses for negative reviews, it is clear this reply was copy-and-pasted without actually reading the details of the situation. If it had been read thoroughly, you would understand that the “Contact Us” route has already been exhausted multiple times with no resolution. My family member has spoken with the local store, management, regional representatives, and corporate. She has documented every interaction and has followed every avenue that has been suggested to her. Unfortunately, each step has resulted in the same outcome: no accountability and no meaningful solution. Over the past 12 months, she has been forced into a rental vehicle four separate times because the car purchased from Car-Mart repeatedly stops working. Despite providing clear proof of the mechanical issues, she continues to be told that nothing is wrong. Meanwhile, there has been no offer to assist financially with the repeated rentals and no legitimate attempt to properly diagnose or repair the vehicle. Given the repeated failures to address the issue internally, the continued dismissive treatment, and the documented pattern of problems, it is disappointing—but not surprising—to receive a generic response directing her back to the same channels that have already failed her. At this point, the situation has created a clear record of unresolved complaints, documented communication, and ongoing financial impact. I would strongly encourage Car-Mart to review this situation more carefully and address it appropriately before further escalation through consumer protection channels becomes necessary. 3/3/25 - ORIGINAL REVIEW: All of the bad reviews are valid. I have a family member who also bought a car here and has had a lot of the same issues. After a few people getting fired, contacting corporate, and continuing to get the same run around… has had car stop working multiple times only to be told nothing is wrong with it. Then for it to stop working again and have the same situation. Calls the manager only to be waived off. Has spoken to the regional and corporate and nobody has fixed anything. Carmart has taken money after specifically being told they wouldn’t. One time even the payment system was down, they knew it was down, family member was out of town and couldn’t come in to make payment, they repoed her car after 24 hours of no payment even though their system was down and they knew it. I’ve watched multiple people give her attitude and say things to her absolutely nobody should ever say, especially while on the clock. I’ve seen her be dismissed, talked down to, and talked to with attitude. I’ve watched people give excuses and even yell. I’m so tired of seeing her being treated like this and cannot imagine what other customers have been put through. Do not use them, they will deprive you of your sanity, dignity, and even vehicle at any point that they possibly can.
