These people were great to work with. The cars really shocked me. They have a great inventory with great prices. I spend a whole day up there driving cars and talking with the two sales people and it was fun. They are knowledgeable. They work with you. They help you any way they can. This is a great place if you need a car I strongly recommend coming here first. If you have any questions before you make the drive from where ever you are they are fast at messaging back.

Awesome experience! Never once got the gross "dealer" feeling. Just a nice lady, selling cars. We let her know initially what cars we were interested in and she had several other cars to recommend based on our preferences. When we had decided on what we wanted, she let us place a deposit to hold the car for a week until we had the necessary funds and time off of work to drive back up from rapid to finish the sale. She knew what time we would be arriving on a super cold day so she had the car warming up for us when we arrived! She also gave us a pretty darn good deal for paying in cash. Honestly the best dealership experience I have gone through.

I bought a Prius from these guys a couple of years back and had a great car buying experience. The car is working well still, the buying process was easy enough, and they gave me a good price. You have to be aware that this is a high volume/low price kind of place. You aren’t going to get a plush experience with soft seats and free snacks, but if you are looking for a good deal on a good car, this is the place to be.

I've gotten 2 cars from independent auto. The first car, was falsely advertised. There were alot of things wrong w it. However I went back and got my second care there. Very nice car, but there multiple things wrong w that one as well. Tiff was awesome. She worked w me. but Zach is a douchebag. I almost traded my car in, I drove 3+ hrs. Only for them to tell me to call them on a business day. He treated me very rudely. I probably will never do business there again. If you buy a car there, just make sure you check the car because even thou he had said "the car has been checked, oil change. Everything is good" it really isn't. They also did my sister very dirty as well. So just be aware.

I will never do business here or recommend to anyone!! I've talked to several people who have purchased/financed cars here and nothing positive!! I thought the lady who helped me was nice and really cared the day I came in. I was alone and unsure about a decision, well she saw me coming! Bad deal all the way around, my fault for going alone, their fault for losing a good customer who is honest and could have really recommended alot of business their direction! Disappointed.
