I just had a fantastic experience at Badlands Auto Brokers, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping customers find the right vehicle. What impressed me most was the variety of cars available. Whether you're looking for something sporty, practical, or even a bit luxurious, they have a fantastic selection to choose from, catering to all tastes and budgets. It’s clear that they put a lot of thought into their inventory. Transparency is another hallmark of Badlands Auto Brokers. They willingly provided all the information I needed about each vehicle, including pricing, history, and features, which made the decision-making process much easier. There were no hidden fees or surprises along the way, which I really appreciated. Perhaps the best part of my experience was the no-pressure sales approach. Unlike other dealerships where you feel rushed or pushed toward a sale, the team at Badlands gives you the space and time to make your own decisions. They’re there to help, but never to rush you. It truly makes for a more enjoyable and relaxed car buying experience. Overall, if you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend visiting Badlands Auto Brokers. Their friendly service, variety of options, transparency, and no-pressure approach set them apart from the rest!

The review system seems to be working. I would give this company three stars. I bought a truck site unseen from Colorado based on Brian's assurances that the truck was mechanically sound. This was not the case and in fact the truck was unable to complete the drive back to Colorado Springs. I was given ample opportunity to look the truck over, and I understand that it is a 9 year old used truck, so I am not really too upset about that. (Although the honorable thing to do would be to help with the cost of the repairs). Brian was nice enough when we bought the truck no issues there. The main problem has been the refusal to return my calls. I left two messages in as many weeks and no return call. I had to call the South Dakota DMV who told me that they have 45 days to mail the title, which I have yet to see. When I purchased the truck I was told it was a "thoroughbred" title, not sure what that is, we hopefully shall see. Follow up on Badlands response- Integrity is the cornerstone of any business. The fact is that Brian did misrepresent the mechanical condition of the truck He simply gave lip service answers. The proverbial "used car salesman". Read the other google reviews, Badlands has an answer for everything, and nothing is ever their fault. Simply put, No Integrity.

I bought a 2013 Equinox AWD LT with about 127,000 miles from Badlands Brokers back in May of 2026. My wife and I were excited to test drive this and the interior and general exterior of the car were in great shape. The only thing it seemed to have needed was some new tires. I negotiated getting some new tires, and we ended up getting new all season tires at cost with the dealers help. I appreciate this greatly, along with a general report on the vehicle history they provided; however, I recommend definitely getting a CARFAX report as those provide much more of the important details. I ended up paying for one myself just to make sure, and the history seemed fine. I payed about $8,200 for the car (including a $200 dealer fee), and another $550 for the tires (installed/aligned). A fair deal considering what I knew at the time. After owning the vehicle for few weeks and driving less than 500 miles, the check engine light came on with a Catalyst System Low Efficiency code (P0420). Since June, I have been replacing parts in the exhaust system to fix the issue, and now I am at the point of needing a new catalytic converter and a new engine because of a severe engine oil consumption problem. This is just the unfortunate part of buying "as is" I suppose, but this does make the buyer's remorse strong. The general dealing with the dealership was good but they did not leave much for negotiation, which I understand considering what they may have put into the car. I pray the best for the dealers, but I thought I would leave an honest review. Note: Badlands Brokers had put a salvaged engine in the vehicle in February-March before I bought it. I never knew this during the purchase, but I later found out after having the inspection and contacting TMA for previous records of service. The dealer provided no information about the engines origins or condition either. It seems the engine you had installed was the cause of these major mechanical problems. Badlands please reach out to me if you had any information on the engine you had installed by TMA please.

They sold me a lemon! The truck worked for about a month and a half and now it won’t start. I’ve tried calling them with no response. I’m a 100% disabled veteran and I spent all of my saving just for a down payment. Now I’ve got to spend about $490 a month on a vehicle that won’t even start. All I needed the vehicle for was to get to my appointments, buy groceries, and take my service dog in training to her training once a week. Still haven’t received the title after 2 months and I could only get ahold of the guy from Blaze who is the person that handles the loan. He had to extend the temp tags until December. This company is extremely bad and shady. How dare they take advantage of people like this. It is truly pathetic and disgusting that there are people like this in the world. Seeing all the negative reviews against them and their fake “warranty’ I will be contacting a lawyer. I will make sure that he contacts all of you with negative experiences as well.

The Land Rover I wanted was used personally by the owners “for on the ranch” Even their personal belongings were in the car and it was nasty when I test drove it. I really wanted this one- but the presentation was horrible. Check engine light too. I went down the street and bought a Tesla from LibertySuperstores instead. Thanks anyways. update: they’ve finally stopped using it for personal use, and keep it on the lot (as a dealership should) but be aware they use their for sale cars a good 3-6 months until fully committing to selling. Not an ethical business. Only shop here if you want to walk in and feel like you just intruded into someone’s home living room. Place is a mess, the owners kids playing on the floor with tv blasting, and no one but a dog comes to greet you. Had to wander through to find them hidden in back rooms.
