Horrible customer service all the way around. Bought a truck and wondered why my loan was so large on a hail damaged F150. Turns out they tacked on an extended warranty and gap insurance that I didn't want in the first place. Wound up being $13,000 upside down after only 8 months of owning the truck. I wound up getting rid of the truck and reached out to the company to have them get back to me about the cancelables and kept getting the runaround from them. Nobody has reached out about anything after almost 6 months of having the truck sold. I contacted our attorneys and they'll be working on it from here.
